Jracking Drive-in rack or drive-through (sometimes spelled Drive-thru)is designed for storing a large number of similar goods (pallets). Pallets are placed on the supporting rails, which makes possible the high-density storage. The rack system is the most ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouses
Drive-in rack is storage rack configurations that allow the forklift to drive directly into the lane of stacked rows (called a bay). The difference between a drive-in and a drive-thru pallet rack system is simply whether the bays have an entry at only one end, or at both ends. Drive-in rack systems use a common entry and exit, while drive-thru systems have entry points at either end of the bay. Because a drive-in racking system has only one entrance, it uses what is called a LIFO (last in, first out) storage method. With only one entrance, the last pallet put into a row is necessarily the first one to be taken out. A drive-in storage system, with two different entry points, can also use a FIFO (first in, first out) storage method. With a FIFO system, pallets are loaded in one end and are pushed back to the other end, where they are then at the front of the row on the opposite side. The first pallet put into such a row is the first one taken out at the other end. This system is advantageous for material with an expiration date or wherever shelf life is a major concern.
The design principle of the drive-in rack is to joint rows of traditional racks, without special access or aisle. It is allocated by two rows of racks installed back to back or a single group of racks against the wall, and the forklifts use the same aisle to access. This system racking is stored from inward to outward, and goods to be delivered are withdrawn from outward to inward in sequence. The drive-in rack is suitable for raw materials warehouses or transit warehouses for periodical batch operations and high storage frequency
Drive-in & through rack Advantages:
1. Suitable for small variety but large quantity stored products, especially for standard goods;
2. Very high utility ratio of the warehouse;
3. Each aisle consists of several level of pallet support rail. Pallets are placed on pallet support rail one after another;
4. Forklifts operation alongside the aisle;
5. First-in-last-out access process, one side in/out or two side in/out can be met.
6. Top and back bracing are used to fix the whole racking, making the whole racking stable and safe;
7. First level pallets can be placed on the floor;
8. Surface treatment: powder painting;
9. Different size available
Load Rails are constructed of durable structural angle steel, providing increased strength and abuse resistance. Standard features include:
1. Structural angle rails "guide" pallets, ease of use and durability
2. Flared rail entry ends allow easy bay access
3. Space-saver low profile arms increase clearance and decrease possible product damage
4. Welded rail stops prevent loads from being pushed off, improving safety
5.75mm vertical adjustability
6. Welded aisle-load arms to eliminate hazardous load projections into aisles
7. Grade 5 hardware
Drive-In & Drive-Through Racks offer the ability to store a large amount of similar loads in a smaller area. Selectivity is sacrificed, but storage density is outstanding. Drive In Racking can store up to 75% more pallets in the same space than selective racking -- depending on your application. It requires fewer aisles and is better cubic storage.

The old factory covers an area of 24000 square meters. With an area of 31000 square meters, the new factory is under construction and will be put into operation in August this year. The advanced automatic production facilities for the cold profiling of metals enable us to achieve high level in racking industry.
